I was looking for the Roberta Flack version of Compared to What, but then I stumbled upon this whole performance (song by song) someone uploaded by Eddie Harris (and Les McCann now that I look at it again). It is way cool.
Here is part one of them doing Compared to What (part 2 is here):
They also do Listen Here. And some other stuff. Just go look if you dig jazz musicians playing soul music.
